1. Overview

DropRizz (“we”, “us”, “our”) designs and sells premium flight cases and objects. By using droprizz.co.in and placing an enquiry or order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Enquiry & pricing

Prices shown on the site are indicative starting prices (“starting from”) and are not a final quote. Because most products are made-to-order and customisable, the final price depends on your chosen materials, finishes, dimensions and hardware.

Submitting an enquiry or adding items and proceeding through checkout does not create a binding contract or take payment. It is a request for a quote. We will contact you to confirm specifications, final pricing, timelines and a secure invoice.

3. Orders & payment

An order is confirmed only once you have approved the final quote and completed payment via the secure invoice we send you. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any enquiry or order at our discretion (for example, where a product is unavailable or details cannot be verified).

All payments are processed through the payment link provided in your invoice. We do not collect card details on this website.

4. Made-to-order & customisation

Many products are handcrafted and built to your specification. Slight variations in colour, grain, print and finish are inherent to handmade goods and are not defects. Custom and personalised items (including custom artwork, logos or dimensions) cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.

5. Free skin offer

Eligible cases include a complimentary premium-quality limited-edition skin while stocks last. Design and availability of the free skin may vary and may be substituted with an equivalent at our discretion.

6. Shipping & delivery

Production and delivery timelines are estimates confirmed with your quote and depend on customisation and location. Risk passes to you on delivery. Any customs duties or taxes for international delivery are your responsibility.

7. Returns & warranty

Non-custom products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Manufacturing defects reported promptly will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The free skin and custom/personalised items are non-returnable.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the DropRizz name, logo, artwork, product designs, photography and copy — is owned by DropRizz and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information so we can process your enquiries and contact you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DropRizz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the seller’s registered location.
